Walter Frank
About Walter
Walter possesses a unique and diverse skill set, shaped by his extensive experience across the banking, public equity, real estate, and family office sectors. His career began in banking as an Analyst in the asset-based lending group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. He later joined Wells Fargo, where he worked in the subscription finance group, managing relationships with some of the world’s largest fund managers. In this role, Walter provided bespoke credit facilities to vehicles employing a variety of strategies, including traditional buyout, secondary and primary private equity, direct co-investment, special situations, and real estate debt/equity, among others. Driven by his interest in direct investing, Walter left banking to take a role with an energy infrastructure firm. Simultaneously, he started cultivating his lifelong passion for entrepreneurship and principal investing, beginning to assemble a real estate portfolio. As his real estate ventures expanded rapidly, he accepted an acquisition's role at a real estate private equity fund. Recognizing Walter’s extensive experience and investment acumen, the fund's principal, a successful entrepreneur, entrusted him with the responsibility of institutionalizing and building out a team for his single-family office. While building the family office, Walter continued to expand his real estate portfolio and businesses. In May 2023, Walter left the family office to dedicate himself fully to his entrepreneurial pursuits.
